At Stride Early Learning, safety has never been a promise - it’s a practice.
That’s why we’re proud to officially launch Stride to Speak Up – our internal safety and culture initiative that empowers every team member to speak up about anything that doesn’t feel right.
From day one, our purpose at Stride has been clear:
- To create environments where children can thrive.
- And we know that thriving starts with trust.
- Trust in our educators. Trust in our leadership. Trust in each other.
But trust isn’t built on silence. It’s built on voice.
Giving Our People a Voice
It’s anonymous.
It’s managed by a trusted third party.
It’s supported by leaders who listen – and act.
Because when our people feel safe, children are safe.
Leading From Within
This isn’t a response to headlines.
It’s the result of months of careful planning and deep listening – driven by our belief that being a step ahead is part of who we are as a brand.
Every Stride centre now has a Speak Up Representative, a reporting platform, and a quarterly forum where actions are reviewed and tracked.
Parents will see the signs of this work in our foyers – but feel it most in the care we provide, day in and day out.
Culture You Can See
For our families, Stride to Speak Up means knowing we’re serious about transparency, accountability, and care.
For educators considering where to build their career, it’s a clear signal: your voice will be heard here.
Because the people who work at Stride matter just as much as the children we care for.
And we believe great educators thrive in environments where they feel respected, empowered and supported.
We’re not just protecting children.
We’re building the kind of culture that helps everyone grow.
