How to Enrol

Enrolling at Stride Early Learning is simple and straightforward

Complete an online enrolment form and provide the required documentation, including your child’s birth certificate, immunisation history, and CCS reference numbers. For assistance or further information, please contact your local centre or our admin staff.

Waitlist

If the centre is full, you will be placed on the waitlist and contacted once a spot becomes available.

We will confirm your place

After reviewing your application, we will reach out to confirm availability.

Prepare your child for care

Once confirmed, schedule orientation visits with your centre to help both parents and children become familiar with the new environment.

Child Care Subsidy

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) helps lower care costs by covering part of the fees. Many families qualify for this subsidy. To apply, visit MyGov and complete the process. For more information visit : Child Care Subsidy – Services Australia

If you need more help

Yes, we provide an inclusive environment for all children. If your child has a disability, please discuss their needs with our nominated supervisor before enrolment.

For children with an NDIS plan, we may seek consent to contact relevant services for support. Additional assistance may also be available through the Inclusion Support Program (ISP).

Enrolling your child is simple and can be done online. For assistance, contact our service or admin staff.

Required documentation:

  • Child’s birth certificate or identity documents
  • Certified copies of court orders or parenting plans (if applicable)
  • Immunisation history statement from the Australian Immunisation Register
  • CCS reference numbers

Note: Ensure names on the enrolment form match those on your child’s birth certificate or identity documents.

We believe in partnering with families to support each child’s development. Communication with your child’s educators is encouraged, and you can arrange a meeting time if mornings or afternoons are busy.

Our communication methods include:

  • Newsletters
  • Phone calls
  • Emails
  • Face-to-face conversations
  • Formal meetings

Additionally, we use online platforms to provide real-time updates on your child’s progress.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, such as allergies, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, or anaphylaxis risks, and provide:

  • An action plan (e.g., ASCIA Asthma or Anaphylaxis Action Plan) completed by a GP.
  • Any prescribed medication your child requires, which must be provided daily.
  • A medical management plan, updated annually or whenever treatment changes.

You’ll work with our nominated supervisor to create a risk minimisation and communication plan.

  • Spare Clothing: A complete change of clothes in case of accidents.
  • Drink Bottle: A labelled water bottle your child can refill throughout the day.
  • Sun Hat: A broad-brimmed or legionnaire hat for outdoor play.
  • Nappies: If required, please provide four nappies daily, labelled with your child’s name.

Yes, we provide nutritious, delicious meals every day, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. Our qualified cook carefully plans menus aligned with the Australian Dietary Guidelines.

We accommodate special dietary requirements, allergies, and medical conditions. Please inform center about your child’s specific needs to ensure we can cater to them appropriately.
