Thank you for the incredible work you do every day. You hold a powerful trust—shaping minds, building confidence, and creating safe spaces for growth. Your impact is lasting and profound, even when it’s not always visible.
You are appreciated. You are trusted. And you are making a difference—every single day.

You are the OG and the tour you gave me 2 years ago was the reason I chose the centre, and I’m glad every day that I did. Thanks for being you!

Charlie has been an amazing educator from the beginning.
From an impromptu centre tour, to giving feedback for my child requiring a bit of extra guidance and attention and always open to have a chat to discuss my child even when he is under the pump including finding hidden shoes in the sandpit.
He is truely wonderful, and an asset to stride.
Kayla (Hudson)
Charlie is an excellent educator who is clearly very commited to the wellbeing of the children at Stride. He has been very proactive in solving any issues has and offered really practical strategies to support Rowan’s wellbeing. We love Charlie’s firmness and consistency with behaviour management have enjoyed Ro teaching us all about good choices, listening ears and, if course, the Wonky Donkey! Thanks Charlie!
Ana (Rowan)
Charlie is adored by toddlers and is a great educator.
He leads great educational activities and is an expert at handling stubborn children.
I have watched him be a comforting and calming presence for little kids with big feelings, which he handles with patience, kindness and a clear wealth of experience as an educator.
He also leads an engaging performance of ‘Tiny Tim’ for a room full of hungry kids waiting for their lunch.
Thank you for patiently hunting for missing items at pickup, especially for all the times you have had to look for the toy turtle my son keeps misplacing.
And thank you Charlie for caring for our children.
