Michelle, I have so much to say, where do I even begin? You are hands down an incredible lady! You have been one of Lillys constants from the very beginning, a regular familiar face and one of her biggest supporters. You always have the biggest warmest welcome, a big smile on your face and we love that you take the time to talk to us about special moments of her day. The love and care you have for the children is amazing and all the effort you put in with the kids and the families is so deeply appreciated. You have created such a special bond with Lilly and always go above and beyond. We are so very thankful for your continued dedication and service at Stride Belmont!

When our little one first joined the centre at just 6 months old, he was welcomed with such warmth, love, and care by you. Now, as he turns 2, we look back in awe at the incredible journey he has had under your guidance.
From being one of the very first three enrollments at the centre, he truly became the “baby” of this childcare family. With your dedication and motherly love, he has not only met but achieved all his developmental milestones ahead of time. Today, he is a happy, independent, and always-smiling little boy who amazes us every day with his learning.
What stands out most is his literacy development, her is already recognising all alphabets and even trying blends at just 2 years old! This is something many children don’t achieve until kindergarten, and the credit goes entirely to your patience, encouragement, and hard work.
Michelle, thank you for nurturing him like your own, for believing in his potential, and for laying such a strong foundation in these early years. We will forever be grateful.
