I love working with children as it helps me continue to see the magic in the world. I am dedicated to being a safe person for children who come through my room, trying my best to provide consistency and compassion to all my small people. With a strong understanding of early childhood frameworks and appropriate age practices, I lead with patience, structure, and empathy to meet the emotional and developmental needs of each child.

As the educational leader my goal is to support the team in programming and planning for the children in ways that meet every child’s needs. I am a soundboard for ideas and getting to work with the team in this way has been my goal.
