Change Booking/ Cancellation Notification

This is a reminder, in accordance with your registration agreement, that 14 days’ notice is required to end care. If you terminate care without providing the required notice, the notice period will be charged from your child’s last attended day. Please note, if care is not utilized during the notice period, CCS will not apply, and full fees will be due from the last attended day through to the last booked day. All outstanding fees must be paid and settled prior to the last day of care. As per your registration agreement, you will be responsible for any debt collection and late payment fees if the account is not paid in full before the final day of care.
