At Stride Early Learning , our people are the heart of everything we do.
Families don’t choose Stride for buildings or programs alone – they choose us because of the incredible educators who nurture, guide, and inspire their children every single day.
That’s why, on Early Childhood Educators’ Day, we proudly launched Faces Behind Stride: a way to thank and celebrate our team in a truly meaningful way.
Faces Behind Stride is an online gallery that profiles every member of our team with a portrait and short biography, paired with heartfelt messages of gratitude submitted by families. The response was overwhelming. Parents across Western Australia shared hundreds of messages, recognising educators not just as teachers, but as mentors, role models, and an extension of their own families.
On Educators’ Day, those messages came to life in our centres. Screens displayed portraits and words of thanks, every educator received a thoughtful gift and personalised card, and families could see their gratitude made visible. It was a day filled with warmth, emotion, and celebration.

Reading the hundreds of messages from parents was incredibly moving, and a reminder of just how much impact our educators have."

"Thank you for everything you do for our children Jorja! They are always telling us how much fun they have with you, and how much they learn through out the day with you. Thank you for teaching them, playing with them and keeping them safe while we work."

Faces Behind Stride is more than a campaign. It’s a reflection of the culture we are proud to foster at Stride – one where educators are recognised, valued, and celebrated for the difference they make in children’s lives every day.
