Terms & Conditions – Genius Childcare Closure Support Offers

Stride Early Learning is committed to supporting families and educators impacted by the closure of Genius Childcare centres. To ensure a smooth transition, we have introduced the following offers, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Offer for Families – Enrolment Support

Stride Early Learning is offering families affected by the closure of Genius Childcare centres:

  • A credit applied to their Stride Early Learning account for any unused fees paid to Genius Childcare (subject to verification).
  • No enrolment fee, making the transition easier for families.
  • Priority placement at one of our centres (subject to availability).
Eligibility & Conditions
  1. This offer is available only to families who were previously enrolled at a Genius Childcare centre that has closed.
  2. Families must provide proof of unused credit from Genius Childcare (e.g., an official statement or written confirmation).
  3. If a family receives a refund directly from Genius Childcare, they are required to repay the equivalent credited amount to Stride Early Learning.
  4. The credit is non-transferable and can only be applied to childcare fees at Stride Early Learning.
  5. Placement at a Stride Early Learning centre is subject to availability, and this offer does not guarantee immediate enrolment.
  6. Standard Stride Early Learning enrolment terms and conditions apply.

2. Offer for Educators – Employment Support

Stride Early Learning is supporting former Genius Childcare employees with:

  • Employment opportunities across our centres.
  • Honouring certain unpaid entitlements (e.g., unpaid annual and personal leave accruals) after completion of the probation period.
  • Career development and growth opportunities within our team.
Eligibility & Conditions
  1. This offer is available only to former employees of Genius Childcare centres that have closed.
  2. Applicants must provide proof of employment with Genius Childcare (e.g., recent payslip, employment contract, or reference).
  3. Any unpaid entitlements from Genius Childcare (e.g., unpaid annual and personal leave accruals) will only be honoured by Stride Early Learning after successful completion of the standard probation period.
  4. If the employee later receives a payout from Genius Childcare for these entitlements, they are required to repay the equivalent amount to Stride Early Learning.
  5. Employment offers are subject to Stride Early Learning’s standard recruitment process, including interviews, reference checks, and compliance with relevant qualifications and clearances.
  6. This offer does not guarantee immediate employment or placement at a specific centre.

3. General Terms

  1. Stride Early Learning reserves the right to modify or withdraw these offers at any time without prior notice.
  2. These offers are not redeemable for cash and are only applicable within Stride Early Learning centres.
  3. By accepting these offers, families and educators agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
