Terms and Conditions - Refer a Friend
1. Eligibility
This ‘Refer a Friend’ offer is available only to parents/guardians who have a child currently enrolled at one of the following Stride Early Learning centres:
- Stride Early Learning Ashby
- Stride Early Learning Ardross
- Stride Early Learning Baldivis
- Stride Early Learning Bayswater
- Stride Early Learning Belmont
- Stride Early Learning Brabham
- Stride Early Learning Coolbellup
- Stride Early Learning Dayton
- Stride Early Learning Karrinyup
- Stride Early Learning Midland
- Stride Early Learning Perth – Elizabeth Quay
- Stride Early Learning Wattle Grove
This offer is not available to employees of Stride Early Learning or their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, siblings, or others residing at the same address).
This offer is subject to enrolment availability at the referred centre.
2. How to Qualify
To be eligible for the care credit:
- The referring parent/family and the referred family must complete the ‘Refer a Friend’ online form before the referred family receives their enrolment confirmation.
- The referred child must enrol for a Standard Enrolment of at least 2 days per week, with at least one of those days being a Monday or Friday.
- Both the referring and referred children must remain enrolled and actively attending Stride Early Learning on the Qualifying Date (defined below).
- The referred child must attend for one full calendar month from their official start date without interruption.
- Each family is eligible to receive one care credit during their enrolment, regardless of the number of referrals submitted.
3. Application of Care Credit
Following successful completion of the above requirements:
- A $500 care credit will be applied to the Stride Early Learning account of both the referring family and the referred family.
- The credit will be applied no later than the 15th day of the month following the Qualifying Date.
- Stride will use best endeavours to process eligible credits within this timeframe. If the credit has not appeared after 6 months, please contact:
The care credit will not be applied if:
- Either enrolment is cancelled prior to or on the Qualifying Date.
- Either family provides notice to terminate enrolment prior to the Qualifying Date.
- Either family is found to be in breach of Stride Early Learning’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
- More than six months have passed since the Qualifying Date.
4. Definition of $500 Care Credit
The $500 care credit is a one-time credit applied to eligible family accounts. This credit:
- Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Is applied against future out-of-pocket (gap) fees only, after the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) has been applied.
- Cannot be used to pay any outstanding balance from periods prior to the Qualifying Date.
- Must be used within six (6) months of the credit being applied; any unused portion after this period may be forfeited.
- Is not refundable in the event of enrolment withdrawal, suspension, or cancellation.
5. Additional Notes & Definitions
- New Child: A referred child who has not previously been enrolled at Stride Early Learning and is not a sibling of a child currently or previously enrolled.
- New Commencing Date: The first day the referred child attends Stride Early Learning.
- Qualifying Date: The date that is exactly one calendar month after the New Commencing Date.
Stride Early Learning reserves the right to verify all eligibility requirements, and to amend, pause or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
These terms are supplementary to the Stride Early Learning Standard Terms and Conditions of Enrolment, which apply in full at all times.
