Notice is effective from the date it is received by the service. If your child does not attend during the notice period, please be aware that Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is not payable for absences that occur after a child's last physical day of attendance. This is in accordance with the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999 and the Child Care Subsidy Minister's Rules 2017, under which CCS eligibility ceases from the last day the child physically attends the service. Full fees will therefore apply for any booked days not attended during the notice period. All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to, or on, the last day of care. As per your Registration Agreement, the account holder accepts responsibility for any costs associated with the recovery of outstanding fees.
